Failure condition

Failure to reproduce the Kerr QNM benchmark or canonical Row 19 handoff—or inability of the regular branch to maintain RNZH=0 and ε₁=Υ=0—fails the canonical branch. A verified nonzero echo contradicts the no-required-echo branch but does not automatically falsify every possible UTFANSWF extension.

Nonzero echo physics must be derived, not borrowed from the legacy holdout.
A nonzero reflective branch requires source-complete NZH dynamics, ρ(Uecho)<1, and an independently derived inter-channel projection before numerical promotion.
