Γp,ΔB=1 = 0
Exact Z6 forbids the ordinary isolated-proton ΔB=1 channel while the symmetry is preserved.
This record freezes the August 19 prediction inventory in the requested order: new predictions, changed or superseded predictions, then the remaining active prediction/testing surfaces.
01 · New predictions
Only results that survived the August 19 robustness, provenance, circularity, and cross-sector checks are promoted here.

Exact Z6 forbids the ordinary isolated-proton ΔB=1 channel while the symmetry is preserved.
The lowest local fermionic EFT operator occurs at dimension 15, with coefficient suppression Λ−11.
No trinucleon lifetime is predicted because the dimension-15 Wilson coefficient / U(1)X-breaking scale remains open.
Leading channel classes: ppp → e+π+π+; ppn → e+π+; pnn → e+π0; nnn → ν̄π0.

The weak-angle branch is not label-invariant and therefore remains a two-branch prediction envelope: sin²θ̂(3 TeV) = 0.247996–0.249266; at 10 TeV = 0.250897–0.252683; at 100 TeV = 0.257080–0.258932.
Boundary: downstream one-loop propagation of the frozen August 18 PSN-v2 chain; not an independent re-derivation of its upstream MZ normalization.
02 · Predictions/results that changed
These values remain in provenance where useful, but they are not part of the authoritative prediction set.
| Earlier/intermediate result | Current status | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Finite isolated-proton lifetime from the older conventional v22 GUT branch | Historical / superseded as active proton prediction | Exact Z6 instead gives Γp,ΔB=1 = 0 and first allows ΔB=3. |
| Physical sigma terms 45.42 / 51.85 MeV | Superseded | The archived t0 scale-response fit failed controlled continuum promotion. |
| Light-quark curvature −126.7 GeV−1 | Demoted | Leave-one-β and influential-ensemble checks did not preserve the effect. |
| Strange response and dependent fT / yN values | Not promoted / superseded | Model and lattice-spacing sensitivity is too large; downstream quantities depended on the superseded sigma promotion. |
| Effective SUSY scale 2.782648 TeV and GUT scale 1.778976×1016 GeV as independent predictions | Consistency diagnostics only | Global provenance audit found circularity in re-solving quantities already encoded in the electroweak starting point. |
| Simplified single-3-TeV two-loop collider running | Diagnostic only | Replaced by the recovered PSN-v2 split-spectrum one-loop forecast. |
| Full 7–9–2 / Hodge numerical flavor prediction | Not promoted | The source-complete discrete set fails the full CKM test; a target-free vacuum/holonomy selector remains open. |
| Self-consistent lattice-HVP α branch using external QCD response | Conditional comparison only | It is not an internally generated UTFANSWF QCD response. |
03 · Remaining prediction / testing surfaces
The UTFANSWF distributed-H₀ candidate remains 73.134202 km/s/Mpc. The v23 hardening run also contains a separate background-fit result; that distinction is retained in the reproducibility record and will be formalized in the technical paper rather than used to replace this public distributed prediction.
The verified post-mixed rung remains 137.00222764. The source-complete NP-QCD/HVP handoff remains open; the checkpoint is not over-promoted as a final source-complete prediction.
The target-isolated Nf=2+1 continuum/chiral nucleon-mass closure remains active. Full charged-proton QCD+QED remains a separate open numerical boundary.
The rounded prediction/search band remains unchanged. The current root comparison table directly covers 10–60 μeV; no 6–10 μeV exclusion data are fabricated.
The canonical EH+R² tensor handoff now derives cT²=1, mT²=0, RNZH=0, ε1=0, and Υ=0 for the stationary Kerr branch. A nonzero reflective NZH response would require additional independently derived dynamics and remains a separate noncanonical extension. The older direct scalar axion↔echo recycling equality is replaced by one global response operator with channel projections, so the Row 21 axion gate remains independent.
The archived eight-point UVLF diagnostic remains reproducible, but its historical headline is not silently promoted to a standalone physical JWST PASS.
The ratio remains globally compatible and useful downstream, but present target-free structure does not uniquely force it.
Three-family topology, ordered P3 structure, inherited ε = √2/5, and Hodge-minimal 10:5̄ = 2:1 weighting remain as structural candidates. The current numerical 7–9–2 reconstruction does not close CKM/CP.
M*² = M_Pl²[1 + R/(3m_s²)]ν(z) = −(1+z)R′(z)/(3m_s² + R)dL_GW/dL_EM = √{[1+R(0)/(3m_s²)]/[1+R(z)/(3m_s²)]}m_s remains an explicit open selector; it is not fitted here. Protected main.tex and main.pdf remain unchanged.Executable provenance
The canonical historical gate numbering remains 18 gates. Frog integrity and the August 19 prediction suite are blocking auxiliary reproduction layers; they do not create artificial Row 30/31/32 physics gates.
chi2/dof) to avoid legacy Windows console encoding failures. The numerical Row 20 result, promoted Aug. 19 prediction values, datasets, and protected paper files remain unchanged. Aug. 20 executable revision: Row 19/23 now carry the canonical gravity/GW closure and Row 25 consumes the resulting zero-echo boundary. On Aug. 21 the current production artifact was standardized to UTFANSWF_v23.zip; prior bundle filenames and checksums remain preserved in the historical provenance records.
